Meet The Staff
Thad Ellet answers clients' questions, manages the staff, and makes executive decisions.
Kate Ellet analyzes and projects the company's short and long-term financial goals and strategies.
Samantha Massey is our Administrative Assistant. Sam assists with accounts payable and receivable production. She also assists with scheduling. Sam makes sure all of our T's are crossed and I's are dotted.
Tim Johnson tracks and stocks the inventory, maintains the equipment, and keeps the plumbers and jobs on track.
Krista Kanady is the hub of Thad Ellet Plumbing. Krista manages the schedule, excels at customer service, and keeps all plumbing jobs and plumbers on track.
Meet The Crew

Doug Lefler came of age in the United States Navy and cut his teeth working for the railroads. He is a licensed plumber and a licensed backflow inspector.
Chad Reynolds is a licensed plumber and oversees all plumbing projects. He works with the office and the field to make sure all jobs are completed successfully.

Joe Hogan is a licensed apprentice plumber. Joe has been working with TEP for over a year and is a hard working, valuable asset to our team.

Rick Grajewski is a licensed apprentice plumber, with several years of plumbing experience.

Tim Woods is our newest licensed apprentice plumber. He is learning quickly, and a valuable asset to the TEP team.
