Tim Johnson tracks and stocks the inventory, maintains the equipment, and keeps the plumbers and jobs on track.
Heidi Fowler is the hub of Thad Ellet Plumbing. Heidi manages the schedule, excels at customer service, and keeps all plumbing jobs and plumbers on track.
Meet The Crew

Doug Lefler came of age in the United States Navy and cut his teeth working for the railroads. He is a licensed plumber and a licensed backflow inspector.
Chad Reynolds is a licensed plumber and oversees all plumbing operations. He works with the office and the field to make sure all jobs are completed successfully.

Tim Reed is a licensed apprentice plumber. Tim has been working with TEP for over a year and is a hard working, valuable asset to our team.

Tim Parli is a licensed apprentice plumber, with several years of plumbing experience. He is an expert at assessing plumbing problems and their needed solutions.

Joe Fishburn is our newest licensed apprentice plumber. He has several years of construction experience and has a keen eye for the details of plumbing.
